PECULIARITIES OF MALITY AND MORTALITY FROM MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS, INCLUDING RESPIRATORY ORGANS, IN UKRAINE

Ukraine is on the list of countries with a high incidence malignant neoplasms (MN). Among adult population and European countries, most common cancers are respiratory system (MNRS). High priorities in continuation MNRS research determined by rates initially neglected cases cancer low survival patients. MN one leading causes death world. According to WHO, 2020 about 10 million people died as result MN. The were breast, lung, colon, prostate, skin stomach. At same time, highest number deaths was recorded pulmonary disease.
 aim investigate analyze indicators oncological service, well level morbidity mortality for neoplasms, including organs among Ukraine.
 Materials methods. materials study data Cancer Registry 2019-2020. In course this study, medical-statistical method structural-logical analysis used.
 Results. Center Medical Statistics, beginning 2021, 1 187.6 thousand patients diseases registered medical institutions Men often had lung cancer, trachea bronchi (15.3%), prostate (12.4%) non-melanoma (9.9%). women, breast (20.3%), (12.9%) uterine (9.5%) common. lungs, women ranks 10th structure morbidity.
 It has been established that every fifth case detected abandoned (4th) stage. Oncological first stage 22.8% patients, second - 24.6%, third 18.2%, fourth 20.5%. fewer stages over past year and, accordingly, more stages. 7.8% primary not determined.
 general, 27.1% Ukrainians have lived since detection disease. Of larynx, proportion such 25.1%, trachea, bronchi, much 59.7%, is, than half patients.

 Conclusions.
